Idea Share is a monthly virtual gathering held on the first Monday of every month at noon EST, designed for open discussion, collaboration, and brainstorming among disability ministry leaders. Unlike structured trainings or presentations, Idea Share is an informal space where participants bring their questions, challenges, and ideas to the table—learning from and encouraging one another in the shared mission of creating more welcoming and inclusive church ministries.
